I partnered with FireHydrant to unify their visual brand across marketing and product, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience. One standout project was helping them celebrate a major milestone—50,000 incidents resolved, a number unmatched by competitors. Our goal was to leverage this milestone into a data-driven campaign that resonated with customers. Many of them, from small businesses to enterprise companies, were eager to benchmark their own incident management processes. We responded by developing a comprehensive report, which I helped bring to life through a dedicated landing page, ad designs, and social media assets.

Additionally, I played a key role in elevating FireHydrant’s overall brand image. This included enhancing their social media visuals, integrating the Better Incidents community under their main brand, revamping presentation templates, and designing scalable, efficient assets for blogs and changelogs.
